This project will be done in two phases. Phase 1 will install improved storm sewers and swales at two locations in the Sanctuary of Bath Estates.
Status:
Cook Paving was awarded this contract.
- 02/20/2024: Contractor started pavement repairs
- 02/27/2024: Contractor continues to work on pavement repairs along with storm sewer.
- 03/19/2024: Contractor has contacted gas company to have gas line lowered.
- 03/26/2024: Utility company will be out this week to lower gasline.
- 04/02/2024: Contractor will be out mid April to finish topsoil and seeding, weather permitting.
- 04/29/2024: Contractor has completed seeding.
At this time the project is completed.

In Bath Township benefitting the Yellow Creek Watershed.

Phase 1 - $205,118.00
Funding Sources:
Phase 1 design is funded by Bath Surface Water Management District.
Phase 1 construction is funded by the Bath Surface Water Management District (10%) and the Ohio Emergency Management Agency (90%.)
